NAN Hope Connections
NAN Hope provides devices to all 49 First Nation Communities of the Nishnawbe Aski Nation to increase people’s ability to access the virtual mental health and addictions support services they may require.
The devices can be located at the nursing stations for sign out and the tracking sheet is available to view below.
